If for any reason the customer is not in accordance with the purchased item, you can opt for a refund, within a period of 14 days from the receipt. Having due before notifying Deco Boho Shop writing an email to indicating your data as well as number of the purchase order to locate it. When we receive the mail, we will response as soon as posible.

The deadline for return, the communication on the return of the purchase must be sent before the expiry of the relevant period (14 days).
Once the period ended, Boho Deco Shop will not accept returns for withdrawal of product purchases.

The return will be accepted only if the product is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging (if any).
In the event that the return is made for reasons not attributable to Boho Deco Shop, the Buyer will bear the costs generated by that return (round trip), from € 5.95.
Refills will not be returned if they have been taken out of their original packaging for hygiene reasons.

No breach considered to Boho Deco Shop:
Product changes, color or other characteristics, which are due to a change of the client, or the same error at the time of ordering.

If the return of defective products is lawful, Boho Deco Shop is who will pay for the shipping as long as the buyer that circumstance at the time of receipt of order. The buyer may choose to order a product in exchange for that is returned or request a credit of the amount paid (which will take place in a maximum period of 30 working days from receipt of the product in our stores).
Deco Shop Boho schedule the collection of products and inform the customer by email of the date and time at which such collection occurs.

Refund the price of the products
Provided that you have followed the procedures, and have met the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions, Boho Deco Shop reimburse the price paid for the corresponding customer returned products, deducting the costs of return.
The Customer shall not be entitled to reimbursement of the price of the returned products that are not in the same condition they were delivered or are not met the requirements of the General Conditions.
The partial return of an order will result in partial refunds price.
Deco Shop Boho will manage the order of return of the price by the same payment system used by the Client for the purchase of products. The application for the return of money in the account or client card depends on the card and the issuer. However Boho Deco Shop will inform the Customer that has proceeded to the refund.
